Application Timeline
Applications are open twice a year following the schedule below.
For First Semester entry (September)
· Online application can be submitted between March 15 to April 25
· Results announced early June to mid June
For Second Semester entry (February)
· Online application can be submitted between October 1 to November 10 of the previous year
· Results announced early December to mid-December
Nomination Procedure (Only for university coordinators)
Please submit the nomination within the nomination period.
Step 01Log in to NTU University-level Exchange Student Program System. Look out for an email from NTUOIA with login details.
Step 02 Provide nominated students’ person information. Here are the things we’ll need.

Step 03 Save the nominated students’ information.
Step 04 Submit the nomination before the end of the nomination period.
Student list can be submitted only once. Please only submit nomination with complete list and information nominated students. Use the Save function if list or information is incomplete.
After you submit the nomination, the nominated students will receive a personalized application link in their email. The nominated students need to set up their own password to proceed with the application.
Application Procedure
Step 01
Exchange Student: Confirm that you have been nominated by your home university.
Visiting Student: Create an account for the Visiting Student Program System during the application period.
Step 02 Check your email for link to the application system and to set up login credential.
Step 03 Complete application and upload all required documents. You cannot modify the application after submission. Required documents list are described in further details below.

Financial Statement (PDF)
Please provide a financial or bank statement which shows that you have funds meeting at least USD 6,500 (TWD 180,000) to afford living expences and tuition fee. Bank statements of the applicant’s parents can be accepted.

Certificate of Remittance for Application Fee (PDF)
Application fee must be made by wire transfer or credit card upon application. Download the payment details from the online application system and submit a photocopy of certificate of remittance after the payment is complete.

Step 04 Track the application status in the application system
Note: Mainland China passport holders should refer to the information in Chinese.
Accommodation
Due to the limited availabiliy of housing, we cannot guarantee your placement in on-campus housing. If you’d like to apply for on-campus housing, indicate your preferences in the application system. Late applications and changes to the application or preference order will not be accepted.
On-campus housing is only available for the student. Family members or friends of a student cannot live in on-campus accommodation. You cannot choose your roommate. Male and female rooms are separated in all on-campus housing.

**Accommodation Fee waiver: If you are an exchange student from the following universities, your accommodation fees are waived if you apply for Guo Qing Dorm (IYC) Twin Share. If you are placed at other housing, there is no accommodation fee waiver and you are responsible for paying the full accommodation fee.
