Your student status will be suspended when you graduate, take leave or withdraw from NTU. Your ARC will become invalid, and so will your NHI enrollment. If you plan to stay in Taiwan after leaving NTU, be sure to look into possible options and make appropriate arrangements as soon as possible.
Your student status will be suspended when you graduat, take leave or withdraw from NTU. If you were enrolled in NHI through NTU, your enrollment will be terminated. You will need to re-enroll through another eligible institution or company if you plan to stay in Taiwan.
You must complete the de-registration procedures before leaving NTU. The deadline is the end of January (Fall Semester) or the end of July (Spring Semester).
We will not be able to email the official transcript if you did not complete the de-registration procedures.
All students’ access to NTU online services will expire by the end of January (Fall Semester) or the end of July (Spring Semester).
Share your experience! Experience report should be at least 800 words in English or Chinese. Feel free to include pictures of NTU or Taiwan in your exchange report.
If you left Taiwan without finishing the de-registration form, please ask a friend to help you complete the process.
Usually you can check your grades online by visiting myNTU >> Students >> Curriculum >> Grades Inquiries a couple of weeks after the final exams. Grades may not all be available simultaneously since some instructors may need more time to submit grades to the Office of Academic Affairs. However, all grades should be available by the end of the winter break (Fall Semester) or summer break (Spring Semester)..
The electronic transcript will be sent out mid-March (Fall Semester) or mid-September (Spring Semester), if you complete the de-registration procedures on time. For more information about the electronic transcript, please visit the Office of Academic Affairs’ website: Information for the Official Electronic Transcript
If you are a visiting student, you can also request that we send your electronic transcript directly to your home university at the same time. Please contact the coordinator and provide the email address of your home university to receive your e-transcript.
If you need the transcripts before we send them out, you can apply for a transcript on your own.
