Thanks for being a part of the community! Steps to wrap up your journey at NTU

We hope you enjoyed your experience at NTU. The final step to the program is the de-registration procedure to let us know that you’re ready to embark. You will lose access to specific NTU resources as you complete the de-registration, so be sure to plan the de-registration for the last week of your program.

De-registration

Step 1 Download the De-registration Form

Step 2 Complete the de-registration form by collecting stamps or signatures from:

Host Professor: To confirm that you’ve completed your internship or research.
On-campus Housing: Complete the check-out procedure and receive the stamp from the dormitory. (Skip if you did not stay in on-campus housing.)
Main Library: Ensure that you do not owe any books or fines. Your access to the libraries will be terminated when you complete this part.

Step 3 Schedule appointment with the program coordinator to turn in the form and complete de-registration procedure

Date: It should be the last week of your program
Time: Monday-Friday between 13:30-16:30. Schedule online at https://ntuoiaisss2.setmore.com/nondegree4
Location: Office of International Affairs, Lixian Building 7th floor (map)

Certificate of Completion

Let the program coordinator know if you require a Certificate of Completion. A Certificate of Completion is issued only when explicitly requested.
