What to do when you are about to complete your visiting research program

De-registration

Step 1 Download the Registration Sheet/De-registration Sheet

Step 2 Complete the de-registration form by collecting stamps or signatures from:

Host Professor:To confirm that you’ve completed your internship or research.
Main Library: Ensure that you do not owe any books or fines. Your access to the libraries will be terminated when you complete this part.
On-campus Housing: Complete the check-out procedure and receive the stamp from the dormitory. (Skip if you did not stay in on-campus housing.)

Step 3 Schedule appointment with the program coordinator to turn in the form and complete de-registration procedure

Let the program coordinator know if you require a Certificate of Completion. A Certificate of Completion is issued only when explicitly requested.
